Check if the re-hire action is configured as a secondary action - in T529A check box field U302 may have been ticked. Un-tick this check box.
This check-box should ticked only for actions performed on the same day. Example:,For hiring an employee, the infotypes like 1, 2, 6, 41 may be performed by a HR admin person and hence a primary action. IT 7, 8, 14 may be performed by a time/payroll admin on the same day later in a secondary action.
