Hi!
Some basic troubleshooting tips:
- Can you see anything in Gateway error log after you click the Tile? Check transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG in Gateway system.
- Can you see anything in browser's debugger console, like Chantele suggested? Press F12 before you click on the Tile. Copy+Paste here everything you get in the Console tab and also in Network tab (Chrome browser recommended).
- Do you get any dumps in ST22 on Gateway or Backend system?
- Is the Leave Request generally working correctly if you use it directly in the backend system? You can use Test transaction PTARQ to check this.
