Hi Ann,

Right click the formula and apply Aggregation as Sum. It will automatically creates sum at each break level. No need to write any formula for that.

Follow below steps

1. Create a new vertical table with Business Unit, Operating Company, KPI
2. apply break ob BU
3. Right click KPI and select the option insert SUM (Σ --> Sum)
4. This will add sub totals at the break level and Grand total at the bottom. If you want you can delete the grand total alone
