I am talking about the [internal] order type. The users can use the locked internal order type during PR creation and approval. Only during PO creation the error appear that the order type is invalid since it is locked.
What could be the reason why this error appear? Can we configure a system message for PR creation that once the user entered an invalid order type, an error message will appear and the PR cannot be saved until the user entered the valid order type?
