The account 360 populates only the recent orders tab. The external follow-up documents is populated when you create a followup document from an objects in C4C. For example, you create a quote or order from an opportunity - or an inquiry document. Or, from a C4C quote you create a sales order.
The ERP sales documents - I ** think ** this is the orders created from a C4C orders. I will check on that one.
