Yes as you said I do get the right result when use RRI jump in BEx Query through SAPGUI,

but I can't get expected result when use the same RRI jump in same Query through WebGUI.

The URL generated is just like the one above:

I read some documents and finally found that this URL is not a traditional ITS url which is like the one you post, with /sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui, but it's a portal URL, and I think there might be something wrong in opening Portal URL for me, I'm looking for the solution.
