In Consoliatin Monitor in BPC Web Interface you can build a filter based on the journals you woul like to see. Then you can select some or all entries and click on Report.
Here you can print the journals as PDF. The Output is more or less formatted (for me it is not clearly arranged).
The other way is to Export the selection to csv File.
The Output is a unformatted list of the journals.
And if you select more than 50 Entries, it is not possible to Export it to csv, because the System generats a file Name including all Booking Numbers like this:
Report_XXX_XXX_XXX_XXX.csv
If you select more then 50 Entries, the filename is to long and nothing happens.
A other way is to add Data Manager package EXPORT_JOURNAL and run it.
Unfortunately there is no possibiltiy to filter the result.
You will get all journals existing in the System in a .csv List.
Then you can filter it with Excel.
