WRP1 program

All,

We are using WRP1 program to replenish stores from DC. When I manually execute program with merchandise category along with articles the program generates single order with multiple lines.

But if I schedule the same program in background as batch job using same inputs the program creates STO only for one article.

Any suggestions on if we are missing out in any settings?
