It is important to understand which infotypes must be logged. In a small company with small revenue/budget and small number of employees, it may be expensive to log even important infotypes. However logging importance can not be overstated or understated.
IT's such as 1, 7, 8, 14, 15, 41 etc which affect time, quota, pay, deductions should be logged.
While RPAUD00 Logged changes in infotype data provides a log of changes, there are customizable 3rd party s/w tools (from vendors such as Spinifex IT), which provide more compact and useful reports.
