Thank you for your quick suggestions.

I restarted SMD and host agents - got same error again.

I followed instructions given in SAP Note 1999042  - got same error again

Also we are getting this error on only one application server.

System is having Central instance and 3 application instances.

On 2nd application server we are getting this error, rest servers are having no issues in 'Byte Code Adaptor Installation' step.
