The easiest way to is to use the SUM (Software Update Manager) or SWPM (Software Provisioning Manager) tools to deploy the SAP UI5 library directly and also I recommend that you update the OData library along with it. The SAP UI5 library can be found here (http://support.sap.com/swdc) then on the right select the search for software link and enter this into your search: "SAPUI5Java".
From here pick the one that matches your NW SP. You can also follow the same search process
but search for "OData" and pick the latest patch of the SCA that matches your NetWeaver SP.
