Infotype 0014 Process and Forms

Dear Experts,

How Can I create multiple wage types of infotype 0014 using FPM Complex LIST  , user choose wage type from DDL at run time ?

I have tried to but * in Subtype and row index , but at run time I got the error :

'Subtype field and subtype contain different values'

Note : I have No issue when I add one wage type only , Or when the PERNR don't have previous records in 0014,

I think the problem because 'SAUBTY' field get the value from the last record , so 'SAUBTY' and 'LGART' fields have different value in the new record.
